By working with Prime8Agency, the client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

Prime8Agency provides services including but not limited to: creator collaborations, brand partnerships, lead generation, performance marketing, social media growth, ad creative production, video editing, Meta/Instagram advertising, website design & development, landing page creation, e-commerce store setup, and branding & digital strategy.

2. Commission Structure

Prime8Agency charges a 10% commission fee on every successful deal, collaboration, sale, partnership, or client acquisition generated through our creator network, outreach, advertising, marketing systems, or promotional campaigns. This applies to creator-brand collaborations, influencer campaigns, sales generated through our marketing efforts, and business opportunities sourced by Prime8Agency.

3. Website & Development Payments

Clients agree to pay the agreed project amount before final delivery, provide all required content and media on time, and review/approve website drafts within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Ownership & Delivery

Final website files, assets, and access credentials will only be transferred after full payment and clearing of all pending invoices. Prime8Agency reserves the right to temporarily suspend unfinished projects in case of non-payment.

5. Payment Terms

Payments must be completed according to the agreed invoice timeline. Late payments may result in delayed delivery, paused services, or cancellation of ongoing work.

6. Revisions Policy

Clients are entitled to reasonable revisions based on the selected service package. Major structural changes or requests outside the original scope may involve additional charges.

7. No Guarantee Clause

While Prime8Agency focuses on high-quality execution, we do not guarantee fixed revenue, guaranteed sales, guaranteed ad performance, guaranteed viral growth, or guaranteed conversion rates. Results depend on market conditions, product quality, audience behavior, competition, advertising budget, and client cooperation.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding pricing details, campaign strategies, creator information, private discussions, business data, and marketing systems.

9. Portfolio Rights

Prime8Agency reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

10. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate business information and assets on time, maintain professional communication, and ensure they possess legal rights to all provided content. Prime8Agency is not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication, missing assets, or incomplete information.

11. Third-Party Services

Prime8Agency may utilize third-party platforms (Meta Ads, Instagram, Shopify, WordPress, Canva, CapCut, hosting providers, etc.). Prime8Agency is not liable for platform outages, restrictions, account bans, policy changes, or technical failures. Third-party subscription costs are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

12. Termination & Cancellation

Either party may terminate the working relationship with written notice. Payments for completed work remain non-refundable. Active retainers must be canceled before the next billing cycle.

13. Limitation of Liability

Prime8Agency shall not be held liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, loss of profits, advertising performance fluctuations, or third-party service failures. All marketing efforts involve varying levels of risk.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with Prime8Agency's services, the client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted all Terms & Conditions stated above.
